Focus of 2016 Grant:  Enterprise Program The Enterprise program is the expanded version of the original internship program for high school and middle school at HG that Stone Canyon Foundation helped launch 2 years ago.  Now in its 4th year, this program, has greatly expanded and includes a more expansive approach that allows high school students to take active roles at an organizational level. It has a component that allows high school students to experience administrative and executive level positions and to learn business and entrepreneurship at first hand.  Higher Ground Enterprise also has a component for students who have dropped out of school called Success 101. This will be a place for youth, 14-24, who want to get back to school and were retrieved through efforts with TUSD or SUSD.  HG will connect them to other services they need so their goals become a reality.
